Formed in 2006 and led by Vik Sehdeva, a senior commercial lawyer, the firm was created to service a previously neglected divide. Many medium to large SME’s increasingly require legal support on a regular basis, however, employing a full-time in-house lawyer can be cost prohibitive. CEO’s also do not relish having to expend time interacting with several external lawyers each time they have an issue. They need familiarity but at a commercially viable rate.
