Formed in 2006 and led by Vik Sehdeva, a senior commercial lawyer, the firm was created to service a previously neglected divide.

Many medium to large SME’s increasingly require legal support on a regular basis, however, employing a full-time in-house lawyer can be cost prohibitive. CEO’s also do not relish having to expend time interacting with several external lawyers each time they have an issue.

They need familiarity but at a commercially viable rate.

We recognise this and actively work with businesses on negotiated retainers or hourly rates and at Sehdeva Law, clients only deal with one lawyer, the same lawyer, each time they interact with us; we do the rest.
